I can't seem to Load one, It's Under 30k and it's a JPEG file.... can i not upload it off my hard drive? or does it have to be a link?

make sure the pictures extension is jpg instead og JPG, sum image editing programs save them with the extension in caps, windows ignores the change in caps, but it wont work on here wit caps. if u cant see the extension just go to folder options in control panel and clik on folder options and clik on the 'view' tab and find the option that says 'hide extensions for known file types' inclik that and then go rename the file and have the extension with no caps, u mite want to change it bak to hiding the extensions afterwards coz it comes in handy

 
that's annoying as hell, i can't figure out how to change the name to smaller case letters, it always save it in caps in any program i use, and i can';t modifiy the file directly i can only change the name but not the file extension.

^ Are you using Windows Explorer to modify the file extension?

If so, and you cannot change the file extension to lowercase, because it is not visible to you:

go to Tools > Folder Options, and then in the window that opens, select the View tab. Somewhere in there is an option to hide file extensions. Deselect that, and should work. Message me if that doesn't make sense
