Looked up what the wavy words are, turns out its a famous French Palindrome "Engage le jeu que je le gagne." or "Start the game so that I may win."

2021 and 2022 Prodigy are the same construction, so just the top sheet and manufacturing plant changed for 2022. Lots of deals still out there on 2021 Prodigy and got a pair of 21 3.0 on a deal myself.
