Problems with UPS

so i'm expecting to receive some goggles in the mail. they've attempted to deliver them twice cuz when i come home i find infonotices. when i go to ups.com, the infonotice number on them doesnt even work. and i need it to work so that i can arrange a delivery time. anyone else have this?
 
I bought some stuff once and they tried three times to deliver it even though they were supposed to just leave it and after the third time i had to go get it from the distribution center. Not really a huge problem but its 30 miles one way to get there which pissed me off since I had just paid to have the shit shipped to my house.

Doesn't help you but I'm pretty sure thats what will happen to you if you don't some how get them to leave it.
 
Shit I forgot about the COD part. Yeah if you don't some how get to them they are gonna send your stuff back. Maybe try calling your local UPS and asking them about it or something.
 
just call them up and talk to an agent, I've dealt with UPS agents a dozen times and they are quick and helpful and you rarely wait on hold
 
i called the number on my infonotice, and its just a recording that tells me to put the infonotice number in the tracking number box. but the number doesnt work. it says info currently unavailable, please check back later.
 
I have picked up my packages from the distro center before too. If they aren't coming by when you are home you could just drop by and try to get it right there.
 
Haha I bet I had the same look when I first learned about it.

But really, every infomercial I've ever seen has always said NO COD. I just assumed they put that because old ass people still thought it was around.
