Did they tell you they were giving you a tracking number?
I can't remember but I'm pretty sure I didn't get one when I bought my beanie.
Also you do realise that when you order from them it's just a few guys filling the orders, you're not going to receive the same level of thoroughness when you order from say Amazon. But with that trade off you get the small business feel that you are actually an important customer. I'll take that any day.
