Problems With Surface Watchlifes?

OK so I bought my Watchlifes at JIbij. Ive had DE-lam like all season and by the end i had no-edge under foot and big holes in the base. Looked like someone ran em' over with a Hummer. So I emailed Surface and all they told to do was send them in... So what i was wondering if this happened to anybuddy else? What did Surface do?

By sending them in there is no garentee that they are going to give me new skis... i was just wondering if anyone has recieved new skis... ^bozo
 
surface is small, nice, and just want to back their products up. if they said to send them in, i'd recommend sending them in.
 
don't send them in dude. that number isn't even real that you called. it's a scam that's been going around now for the entire season. the address sends them to some bozo kids that are trying to get free skis. then THEY send them into the real surface and reap the benefits. ship them to me, i know some people who know some people. i'll be sure to get them to surface and back to you. hell i'll pay shipping for a fellow newschooler. pm me.
 
yeah i had a pair of watchlife's that de-lammed after two days. but they sent me some new ones and they where good. i'm guessing there was just a factory defect on some of them
 
Surface knows that they had problems with those skis this year. they are working hard to make their company work, and they will take care of you.
