Problems uploading videos onto NS.

I've tried uploading a video onto NS several times now with no success. I made the movie on iMovie but exported with quicktime to its a .mov format. The file is under 300MB. Last night when i tried to upload onto the video section, and clicked upload video. A box with lines showed up, with "Uploading-Please Wait" above it. So i waited and then the box and message were gone, but the video was not uploaded. Now when I tried today, the "Uploading- Please wait" shows up and a black box... thats not doing anything. Any ideas? +K Thanks
I searched threads but got many irrelevent threads, and figured this forum would get faster views that site discussion.
 
O yeah and I updated Flash Player if that means anything, and tried restarting my iMac. Haha I'm not that up to date on my technology. Haha
 
how big is the file? when i try to upload files over 200MB or so I get that problem. I just have to compress it to a smaller size.
