Problem with tweaking in air. Help

Everytime that i try to tweak a normal straight air i always lose my balance. When i try to do shifties i always end up with 45 degree shit shifties, because i am to scared to go further cuz my brain thinks that im not gonna be able to rotate back in time? How do i fix this?

I learned shifties on rollers or those small jumps on the side of the groomers. There is only enough time to shift and then land again

But how do i get more around than the 45 degrees or less? i want to get ut to 70-90

45 is pretty good. It has more to do with flexibility than anything else

One ski is 45 degrees and the other one is moving 0 degrees. How the heck do i move the other foot maaaan

I also like to focus on turning my shoulders the other direction. Looks like you're getting more of a tweak that way and helps everything "snap" back together before landing

What is it called when you tweak both of you skis up behind you on the air like almost vertical? I can't do it cause i go off balance

This will just take practice. Its one thing to know how to do the trick and another to have the muscle memory to perform the trick

I really don't like focusing on my shoulders because the muscles that you use are mostly lower body/core. This is probably a more advanced tip to make it look better

make sure you hands and shoulders and head stay facing forward. if your twisting your legs far enough, they'll naturally spring back to forward.

are you pulling your legs up? like by your thighs and knees, i mean

I think not.

everytime i jump my brain blacks out mid air so i forget stuff

haha i hear ya. the answer to this^ and your original question is mostly practice. keep doing it and getting more and more comfortable and you'll get better and better. it's not a thrilling answer but it's true. also lift your legs, that's a key for sure, but it's mostly about getting more and more comfy being in the air for longer periods of time. EVERYTHING is harder when you have to rush it, but of course you have to grow comfortable in the air for that to work
