Problem with mobile ns, spam sites/virus?

Anyone else gets re directed to spam sites when browsing ns on mobile? Dosen't happen all the time but its happened like 5/10 times the last hour. Not sure if its NS or my phone its something wrong with, my phone is an LG G2mini and I'm using chrome.. Attached some screenshots of what comes up, the last image says that the last page I visited infected my phone with a virus and I need to click ok to start the repair process

Just tried with the standard browser and its still happening

Bump this shit is still happening all the time on mobile NS. When it happens and I try to go back I just come to new pop up sites so usually have to close the entire tab and go into NS again.

Haven't had it happen to me. try running a virus scanner on your phone?

Just tried one (AVG AntiVirus free) and it didn't find anything, might try some more tomorrow tho. This has yet to happen any other places than on NS to witch is seems a bit weird. But thanks for the reply, site discussion was starting to feel like a real lonely place, haha.

Maybe clear cache/history/everything?

I use AVAST on my phone and computer and it seems to work pretty well.

not really relevant to this thread but somehow someone i dont know why but someone got my old account a couple weeks ago i went to go log on to NS and my username didn't exist i tried resetting my password but my password was changed as well like it didn't even exist anymore?? like my account disappeared or someone got onto it and changed everything. Also i know for sure i wasn't banned because i hadn't posted anything even mildly against NS's policy. Kinda bummed because i had my account since 2012 and had not a ton but a decent amount of karma not that karma really matters alot but it kinda is nice to not look like a n00b.

Anyone know what happened or has anyone had the same thing happen? i have given up on getting it back now as i made a new account but still kinda sucks. thanks.

P.S i didn't share my password with anyone either.

Email help@newschoolers.com and tell them what is going on. Make sure to give them your account name too. Maybe even include the email that you used to create it.
