Problem with griffin itrip.

i have the CD installed, then microsoft word pops up and some kind of error happnens. then the CD will not finish installing and the itrip wont work. anyone else have this problem? know how to fix it?

don't leave it on becasue when it does that then the ipod resets the itrip. and does your ipod freeze after that happens too?

well first of all the damn thing wont work. the CD gets 50% installed and then the error pops up, so its nothing to do with the itrip being plugged in

call the number on the ipod and they'll send you a new one if they can't help you figure it out. my friend is on his 4th one now

itrip is really nice, when it works. the times that i have used it, it sometimes gets scratchy.
