Problem with being able to replay to threads

I'm having a problem with replaying to threads. I click replay to threads, it brings me to the regular page where you would normally replay but I can't write anything. I click on the text box and it just doesn't do anything. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't and I'm not having trouble on other websites so far, but I'll let you know if I figure out anything more. Thanks.

k, replay lol, that was pretty stupid. But yea, sometimes it takes like a few seconds until I can reply so idk if its this website or my computer it doesn't really matter tho
