Pro skiers...

always seem to hangout with each other and like each other. is it just coincidence that every pro gets along or are they just putting on a show for kids that says "pro skiers are a big group of friends that throw down". I've only seen two pros actually hate on eachother and that was Liam Downey and Nick Martini one day at windells.

It seems as if they're like i'm pro, your pro, we're friends. or something. Anyone else feel like this?
 
They do seem pretty genuinely supportive of each other but as with anything, different personalities will cause tension at some point i'm sure. They def seem stoked to watch each other slay features. Bunch of guys who are all doing what they love id be in a pretty good mood too
 
ya sammy hates colby right now, i say sammy in Whistler and said "YEAH THIS IS MY LIFE" and he came over to me and started to say how he did not back that and thats not even him so.....ya there are bound to be a few that dont like each other
 
the pros were having a huge session on the photoshoot jump and they were all waiting to drop on the knuckle of the jump leading into it and martini was like "yo make a path so people can hit it from the lip of the second jump" instead of the knuckle of the second jump and liam was like "no kids are overshooting from the knuckle they'll get hurt from there, your stupid" or something like that and then it escalated to both of them calling eachother fucking idiots and shit, just stupid stuff.
 
they are pros and will act professionally. if they have complaints about one another they will keep them to themselves or talk about it privately to keep it from the public. just like most adults.
 
All the pros love each other. I wonder how long it will be before we see some of these relationship blossom.
I reckon Dumont and Tanner will end up shagging each other. The sexual tension between them is redic.
 
i hate to be a hater, but i have heard allot of crap about sammy and other riders...

some guy makes a jump for sammy and he used 2 weeks creating it. when he finally is done and sammy comes. the guy who made the jump is sitting on the knuckle and sammy comes to the top of the take off. and screams: "get the fuck off my jump". wtf? sammy does not respect anybody.

another "story" when i was at Lom on a summer camp, PK was there and a 12 year old kid came over to him while he was sitting alone and PK refused to talk to him... PK has become so ignorant...

and whoever trash talks Bobby Brown gtfo :P

although i respect what you have to say, your rant was almost completely irrelevant other than the one sentence about beef between skiers
 
its kinda relavent becasue there talking shit about what pro skiers like what pro skiers.. who gives a shit.. just go ski. talk about what tricks there throwing down, who has the best style what ever but really who cares about who has beef with who

Well there aren't very may of them and they're always in the same places at the same time. But I don't think they're all friend. I think most of the ones who work at camps are pretty good friends but that's also because they work together. I mean if you're both super stoked on skiing you're bound to have a lot more in common and the ones who don't have a lot in common don't always do the same things. And remember it isn't football you're not out there trying to kill each other everyday you're just trying to have fun like everyone else if someone does something better than you, you want to try and do it better. That and it's always more fun to ski with people who're as good or better than you and if you're a pro that means other pros.
