pro model salomons

Hey, I broke my tweaks last week, and atomic doesn't have any 181s left. my option (I work in a shop by the way) is to get 171s possibly next years ski in a 181, or salomons at pro deal. I would be ordering in the salomons and was wondering if the promodels are avail. yet. also what does everyone reccomend?

Bad situation.... I personally would wait for 181 tweaks, but it'd suck that you wouldn't be skiing in the meantime. Salomons are foam core, so I personally would never want to own one, seeing as I like some longevity in my skis. I'm pretty sure the CRs are still going to be foam. Are there no other options you could go for? V-Pros? Madtrix? PEs? TMs? Scratch BCs? ANY of those, and more besides...

I can only get deals on salomon and atomic, potentially K2 but it's iffy. can you buy the CRs in stores yet?

the cr pros aren't available on proform yet so i doubt they are in stores

for salomon it is...you have to get a hookup card from a rep or maybe your boss

its a proform. you usually get them from reps or dealers they have to be signed.

pro-models don't really exist next year. the only changes to the 1080 and pocket rocket are cosmetic. it sucks cause i really wanted another set of pocket rockets so i could tele my old ones. k2's prodeal is pretty good. i got my skis in like 10 days. dynastar has the best one by far though..cheap, super fast shipping, and the TMs are my favorite ski of the bunch.

it's lookin like im getting the 05 tweaks, thanks for your replies though. check out the 05 atomic pimp daddies, 100mm waist backcountry true twin. tight.

The 'Pimp Daddies' are actually just the 'Pimp Edition' of the Sugar Daddies. Same dimensions and flex, just longer at 193 cm. Not quite as burly as the 107mm waist Big Daddies, but still.

Best news is that Atomic pulled all the plates for next year.
