The child after soon after 8 weeks has a fully functioning nervous
system that can and does experience its own existence as well as respond
to stimuli, even up to the point of self-defense during abortion,
showing that it is very well aware of all three the child's life, the
threat to it's life, and it's impending death.
2. The child is
constituted by a DNA structure that is 100% unique to it's self,
separate from the father and mother, it is there for not apart of the
woman's body, thus an abortion/murder is an act upon a 100% unique
individual human being and not an act upon a woman's own personal body.
3. The child meets all scientific qualifications to qualify as A. A life form B. A unique individual. C. A conscious/sentient Human being.
The
temporary conjoined union between the mother and child, may be
unfortunate for the woman if unwanted, however it is nothing more or
less then that, a conjoined unusual between to individuals with human
rights. Such an unfortunate status is terribly insignificant when
weighed next to the evil of murdering a unique individual human being
for nothing more than convenience or desire.
The location of a
human being does not negate their human rights, not in a house with a
mouse, not in a box with a fox, and not in a womb with a brain-vac. My body my right is a red herring fallacy, it is entirely unapplicable to a chld who is 100% unique to its self.
The only choice a human has a right to in such situations where two individuals exist with human rights is whether to interact or not to interact with that individual. (Adoption)

All major logic, valid and solid, argues against abortion; abortion is indeed the murder of a conscious 100% unique human child, regardless of any perosnal belifes you all might have.
Self defense from death or fatal injury is the only truly known loop hole.
