Prisoners and Immigrants

it's not that it's more exspensive to kill someone than it is to keep them alive, it's just really exspensive to justify to yourself that you have the right to take someone elses life.
 
Its retarded that we go through a way bigger process before killing off one of them. We should do the same process as a 25-Life sentence. if your guilty, then see ya.
 
You dont have to tell me man, one hard look at the court system in this country shows you that justice is fully intertwined with money.
 
Ya it's really retarded that we have a process that ensures that people aren’t convicted innocently. Not all crimes can be proven with DNA. Contrary to popular belief you can't reverse the death penalty.

But no actually I totally agree, who gives a fuck right, we should probably throw all of our ethical responsibilities out the door in lieu of saving a few bucks. Hell we could probably save a lot of money if we just had a dictator who made all of the judicial decisions in the first place, and always decided to punish anyone who steps out of line with capital punishment
 
i agree with what you said about the prison systems. thats rediculous. however, i think if you can manage to sneak into a country, and you get caught breaking the law, you should be allowed the same rights as citizens. i do not think we should have to pay for them to be in prison, but i believe they have a right to a fair trial. if they can beat the system, let em. thats my .02. peace.
 
I think there are many situations where it is justified to take someone

else's life. A prisoner who is convicted of the death penalty should be

allowed one year in prison, executed, and given a $10,000 funeral at

the most. Its about a damn near sure thing that a person is guilty if

they receive the death penalty. Fuck $250 million, it only costs that

much because of assholes like yourself and your "ethical" issues that make it so it costs that much to do it legally without it being considered "cruel and unusual". Grow

I say take all those illegal immigrants who have the fucking nerve to come into this country, steal, rape, and murder, and then end up in our comfortable prisons with all their gang amigos and kill them. I say take those fuckers and give them some of their own justice, line them all up in front of a Guatemalan firing squad and rid the world of the leeches and the scum. Same goes for all the scum prisoners in Guantanamo that assholes with your mindset actually want to set free.

I would gladly take a gun and pull the trigger on the man convicted in the article below. They gave him a slap on the wrist and its bullshit. We need guys like the ones out of the Boondock Saints to just go and end this guy's life.

Can't stand to not get even? No one is 100% responsible for their actions. Socio-economic placement, upbringing, DNA, all play parts in determining action.

If a child accidentally burns down a house, you don't blow their brains all over the wall. Can you tell me why this is a true statement?

There are other punishments available; we do not need the death penalty. It is a weak and barbaric system.

Take away a man's freedom; you've taken away his life. You don't need to end it too. That’s not your job.
