Well Mirko took the Open Weight tournament this week. Word is he is going to get a rematch with Fedor by January.

Mirko just DESTROYED Wandy with a insane high kick. I hate to say it, but if Mirko fought Fedor that night...i think he could have taken him.

Also...first pride show in the U.S is next month...and Fedor is fighting MARK COLEMAN! Coleman is just going to get eaten!

One last thing...apparently the Wanderlei - Liddel Match is a go for December. Say goodbye to your golden boy Dana!!
 
Wandy swings for the fences too much. Yeah he's had some success, and he will test chuck's chin without a doubt...but against the top fighters in the world he just doesnt have it.
 
Liddel does have some heavy hands but I think he's extremely overrated.

Is this fight actually going through? I thought that Pride has issues when it comes to dealing with UFC (or vice versa)
 
test chuck's chin? impossible his chin as made of solid steel, if you can hit it.

overrated? he's the best in the world hands down
 
yeah it was good. Crocop was on FIRE that night though... if he faced Fedor again and fought like that, it'll be an amazing bout.
