Prices just went up on shirts and other things?

I was just browsing the store earlier today and i bought a Dino tee(woot woot) and a sticker pack..The dino tee was 16$ and the sticker pack 5..After 5min ago I just checked back and the price of the dino tee is now 20$ and the anti gaper is 19(up from 15)..so I was just wondering why the sudden increase? and will I have the pay the difference since I literely(sp) just bought something right before the change?

extra money to donate to the kenya donation (ALPINE INITIATIVES) pot i am assuming, it would make sense

Bingo. Our previous method of calculating shipping costs led to two things:

1) Some people were being overcharged

2) Some people were being undercharged

Now shipping is included in the price of the item in hopes of getting shipping costs as accurate as possible. We plan on implementing a shipping module which will calculate costs right down to the last penny, but it is a lot of work to put it in place so in the meantime all domestic shipping will be "free" and all international orders will have an extra table rate charge.
