Preventing shin-bang

Yup if you have had it you know what im talking about..

..its enough to make you call it a day early.

That's why i'm trying to beat it by getting over it before ski season starts. If you have noticed, it's usually the first 2 months then stops once you get used to it. Basicly im wearing my boots once a day and doing a 1000 boot flexes(or until I feel the burn) and imitate a day of skiing.

I have high hopes for this, as I think its a possible preventitive cure for the all horrid shin-bang.

I'll keep you updated as ski season approaches.

just put a sock in between the tongue of the boot and your shin, that helps me atleast

ya for the hair problem just wear long socks that why I do...theres always shaving your shins but I dunno that would make me feel naked. as for the shin bang I think the boot flexes and any other type of shin work out will help

yay skiing

i used to put a piece of stiff foam between my tongue and shin.

sometimes when im running water to wash dishes or something, i think about how lucky i am to have such simple access to running water and how some people will never know such a simple pleasure.

then i let it run for awhile, just because i can.

most shin bang is from tearing the shin muscle when riding backseat. but you can also fracture it doing that and fracture your shins by banging them too hard

mole skins, get em at a pharmacie or drug store

I've had boot bang for 2 years untill last year, when i got new boots. Riding backseat has a lot to do with it, but the biggest change can be new boots. Take it from me, I've tried everything too.
