Newish to park skiing and was wondering if there are any good preseason spots in Utah that I can hit some rails? Does Brighton allow you to hike preseason?

Brighton usually has stuff set up. I saw pictures of it few weeks back. They open next week anyway along with park city.

Do they let you hike up and hit them, or will they kick you off?

the bonezone is a DIY park, the lower zone (which is now closed) is open before the mountain opens. The Upper bonezone is lift accessed and opens when the mountain opens, but I'm pretty sure you can hike from the base and hit it. Brighton lets it all go down with basically no supervision which is super chill so don't litter or break the rules of the bonezone or you'll ruin it for everyone. You need to bring a shovel and maybe have a peeps park pass. Seems like in previous years the snowboarders who organize it have gotten pissed at skiers for not shovelling and doing their fair share to maintain the park, so definitely bring a shovel and use it.
