thats not really how you use the word dude. if the source of the stories was a "secular" organization... say the ACLU or like... NAACP or something like that, then they stories would be "secular lies" as you put it before.

but since the stories are told and promulgated by a religious or "liturgical", if you would rather, source, that makes them decidedly non secular.

just knowing the definition of a word doesnt mean that you understand it. your context was all wrong. in both posts.
