I'd say skiing is easier to film just cause you don't have to be on a boat surrounded by liquid water with someone else driving. I;m sur there are other little things that would be taken into account but just for me, skiing seems it would be a lot easier to film.
 
yeah, you hit the water really hard, and it really, really hurts. also they do a lot of boxes and stuff, so Helmets would be a good idea.
 
but snowboarding and skateboarding have the "your a big pussy if you wear a helmet attitude". i'm just surprised is all. i'm sure its a good idea.
 
I do hop on the wakeboard during the summer up at the lake. But... idk I've always seen wakeboarding as novelty sport. Like a lot of people do it, but very few are hardcore wakeboarders. And I don't think I could watch a video that dramatic about wakeboarding. It's kinda like golf for me too. I enjoy playing golf, but I can't sit on my couch sunday afternoon and watch people play it.

I don't mean to hate. If you love wakeboarding I'm sure thats pretty sick. It just seems silly to me to flash words like "truth" and "purity" up on the screen. But it is pretty cool to see all of those different locations. Like riding in front of the statue of liberty and Sydney, Australia. (although i think those were posted in the other video).

But whats the wakeboarding equivalent to Urban? Marina? Do these guys poach docks, and jib boats and stuff? haha
 
The motivational words were a little much, but otherwise... holy fucking shiiiiiit. Not a wakeboarder myself but mad respect, that was crazy.
 
Sorry but I dont think wakeboarding can ever really fit the "epic" theme and I think this many people will agree, especially outside communities like NS. I love wakeboarding, but epic? Never really got that feeling.
 
I donno man, some of those shots defined epic pretty well haha. I didn't know wakeboarding could be so steezy.

I feel ya on the whole words deal. The "truth" and what not did make it a little over the edge. Take out the words and that clip of the dude painting and I think it's a fucking sick trailer. The shots were soooo sick synced with the music. I loved how you could see every individual water droplet. If you guys aren't into wakeboarding as much as I am, I can totally see why you're not as excited with it.
