This movie's teaser alone blows all other extreme sports movies out of the fucking water, including skiing. The shots, the editing, everything about it is the definition of EPIC. I CANNOT wait to get this movie. Check this out and be prepared to be blown away. Enjoy...

it does look pretty sick, but i think thats in part because it might be a bit easier to film than something like skiing.

but then again its still harder to film than like, skating or something.

but whatever, it looks good.

who's in it?

or did it say and i just wasn't paying close enough attention? in which case your hard work in blowing us away was lost on me. I'll watch it again with nothing else going on in the background

That is the best teaser I've ever seen. If you don't think that's inspiring, I don't know what is. For me, thats it.

that was sick. i think it would be fun to try a box on a wakeboard specially not having edges and its kind of a bowed shape. no one around here ever sets anything up in my lake tho. those boxes in that vid are rediculous so sick

Man, I couldn't give a shit if you loved it or hated it. That's your opinion. But you can't deny that was REALLY well made. And as for hard work, I really don't know what you're talking about. Peace.

whats the board called that isnt strapped to the guy's feet? cause that kickflip thing he did was insane

Pretty sick, reminded me of that's it, that's all trailer, just epic shots and shit, so dope.

I was more impressed with the trailer for king lines, then when i saw it i was blown away. It just seems most sport movies dont live up to their trailers.

that was a pretty cool trailer but i have to make a claim

my cousin lou wainman helped create that sport and was rated number 1 in the world for a while for all of you who care

truth. that thing should be shown to everyone who has never snowboarded or skiied or has no appriciation for either.

but ya, that one was sick too. good stuff.

i guess im the only one who thought it was corny as hell.

how could you use the word "freedom" to describe wakeboarding/wakeskating when u have to depend on a boat to do everything?

that was ok but alot of cable riding in videos is played out, plus justin stephens has been filming this style for the past few years, the truth was shot with alot of those slow motion shots. although push process is the best movie out right now

sick editing but i would have to agree that it is easier to film then something like skiing when you can't get as close or the same angles

well, i was thinking more of big mtn skiing. Cause to get shots like that you'd have to go up in the heli, ski down your own line with all your stuff, then find somewhere to set up.

but actually i bet water creates its own problems as well, and most big mtn ski shots are from helis, so actually, just disregard my comment, i hadnt really thought it out.

both defenetly pose challenges. but when i read your comment i was thinking more urban/park stuff. i just think it would be super tough, having to match the speed of the riders, and get that close, and just a whole ton of variables that would go into filming it. a lot of those shots are filmed at the same speed, close to the rider and super low to the water. i dont get how they do that.

That was some cool editing. I just can't get too excited about a teaser for a sport I'm extremely naive on.

It's also hard to get excited on a sport that just seems so limiting. I've never gone wakeboarding but just looking at it seems like it would get old after a while. To me, the water looks like a crappy east coast mountain. You can ride on the water just like groomers, that gets boring real quick. Or you can jump and do tricks. It seems like you're limited to just those two. You can't go somewhere else to get different terrain like on a mountain.

They tow a filmer in a tube behind the boat with water housing on the camera. That's how they get th in close shots. They also use heli's a lot too, just as in skiing. Pretty sick actually.

meh, it wasnt that epic for me, it had a lot of good shots but a lot of repetition and way to much of an attempt to be epic, and to whoever possted the collective, all of there movies blow almost anything else out of the water

ummm sorry all but i'm going to hate.

What is the deal with the words "truth" and others just popping up? This is trying to make wakeboarding into surfing, and surfing, my friends involves just the board and the water, not a 30 thousand dollar boat, and 100 bucks of gas a day to operate.

it was creative camera work but really? 100 overhyped slowmo shots gets boring, and this is more dramatic than a starwars preview. it doesn't need to be, its wakeboarding. its having fun with your friends, not changing the world. get over it. purity is in sports, but wakebaording isn't the only form.

stop biting surfing, and just make a fun flick. check out every skate film after almost. just fun, happy riding, because thats what it is.

not some life or death drama, not an insurmountable mission, its fucking wakeboardig. sure eating shit into water hurts, but we're not dodging bullets for truth here.

that didn't blow me away. there were some cool shots but the music didn't really get me stoked and the text they kept bringing up was pretty cheesy.

honestly the coolest teaser i've ever seen was for "Picture This"

too bad youtube is shit quality. I also really like the teaser for Long Story Short

blown away? ya it was well put together.. i really liked the shot of the guy and the first brush stroke of a painting, that was cool as shit, but the only trick that really impressed me was the fo fif onto that slider...other than that, it was just some pretty decent riding with some cool editing, nothing to grab a cum rag for.
