Premiers at Scranton

Im workin on gettin the University of Scranton to form a ski club (I cant believe such a "prestigious institution" dosnt have one). I wanna see how many people would come to movie premiers. We might get to host Premier 1 or Warren Miller. Who knows!? Who would come to our Pennsyltucky town?

 
Seeing as i live 5 minutes from the downtown, i would consider it. But, i would think something better then warren miller. His movies piss me off. If it were shanghai six then i would go.

there's most likely going to be a shangai six premier at blue, so you probably wouldnt get a ton of people if you did the same movie.

 
ebigcheese and i are gonna try to have the school let us "premiere" Shanghai 6 at teh end of the month...and if we dont get the school to we will be renting a projector and a big screen to do so on..final dates will be posted on NS for your viewing pleasure.

you realize if you show it in public, there is a $300 royalty fee you have to pay to level 1 to show the movie? it does include free stuff to give away though. i dont know that 8 people would cover your costs.

I know what it all entails. Im hopin to get Level 1 involed mostly. Anyway, the club is abou tto be approved by student senate. I dont know if we will be able to get a good movie rollin this year, but def next.
