Premiere Pro Speed Ramping and Audio

IDK if this is just me but I have a video with linked audio and whenever I go to speed ramp my footage it doesn't speed ramp the audio as well so I get stuck with a slower clip than the audio and its totally off sync. Does anyone know how to do this because it is starting to really really annoy me?

To my knowledge you cant time remap both the video and audio tracks together in premiere even if they are linked.

You can either time remap your video track then remap the audio track independently to match in premiere, soundbooth or audition.

Use After Effect to remap both the video and audio together
