I watch ski movies and play jibberish. Then I go to the water ramps and hurt myself...............

 
haha, a 1k jog barely gets your heartrate up man. But the whole idea sounds good, im thinking about starting to run and do situps and shit. maybe it will help.

im gonna start to work out and shit. itll help with sking for sure. the stronger you are the better you can be

if your really hardcore you can just smoke out of your hands. make a loose fist but keep your fingers together and pack the entire empty space in the middle with herb. then open up your pinky finger enough so that the herb doesnt fall out but you can light it. then just breath in from the top hole and ull get mad respect - eastar5
 
i think i'm gunna start with like 8km jogs and 60 situps everyother night starting next week that shood do the trick

ya I lift, do some rock climbing, some wakeboarding, and plenty of trampolining, and stetch in the morning. and i've been working construction all summer so all and all i get probly more exercise then i do during the actual ski season

im doing physical therapy re-habbing from ACL reconstruction. i actually think that will help, i do biking, leg strengthening, and all sorts of crap.

in all seriousness.. how can you go that high on a tree without pooping

it's called getting in shape.. skiing related stuff would be like the muscle mermory from jumping on a tramp

i have been runnin for 20 min daily, i run 10 min one direction, stop stretch, trun aroun and try to get back to my starting place before the next 10 min is up, it really makes you push it, with the time limit
