if you really want to get into shape you could start right now but i would suggest starting in like october cuz its closer and abs help spinning a ton btw

im always working out neways for other sports..but work on core strength and stuff mostly

ahaha im kidding but im gonna start too....im done with the computer...you hear that computer im done with you. i will only be on for less than 3 hours a day. but umm i lift some weights and do situps and shit. i run a lil and play soccer. that helps a ton. im gona start to run more so by the end of the summer i can run 2 miles in under 12 minutes. tahts my goal.

Yea I play soccer. Definitely keeps me occupied until ski season. Speaking of running the 2mile, my d-unit friend ran the 2mile in 9:27 in track this year. Its crazy

yea im kinda lazy to do exercises, i do though work outside and get some kind of a work out there, oh yea and by the way this kid swear to god did a 2 mile run in 8 minutes, maybe cause he was running from the cops but damn the guy ran fast and no one could catch him, crack prolly

8 minutes in the 2 mile? You're talking like world record pace right there.... 9:27 will win most state titles.

But anyhow, just get off your ass and do something this summer. Anything instead of sitting in front of the TV all day.... like me. Yeah, I need to leave my apartment tomorrow and and go outside.

 
yea, im from NJ and this year the winner in the 2mile ran 8:59.7 or something like that. Pretty quick if you ask me.

Just smoke lots of bongs good for y0our breathing skills, get a hot gf and have lots of sex good for stamina, and drink lots of booze mainly Jack and tequila it makes summer go much quicker... you could run and go to the gym and do squats and train but then youd be like all the gay fuckin racer kids.

get a trampoline, that is probably the best way to stay in shape for the park, it works on your aerobic stamina, works all vital muscles for skiing, and helps your air sense a shit load.... fuck running, and situps. Tramps are fun and give you a shit load of benefits (unless you fall off)

 
i run 4 miles everyday and try not to be sitting around too much

haha, caddy doesnt build mussles. Its not hard work, i go caddying between 5-7 days a week and its not hard work. The sun might make it feel hard, or your soft, in that case it might be hard for you

everyone I know is suprised I can do 16 chin ups....it is nice because the bar is in the doorframe of my room so I don't have to go far to excercise.

I live in a place far far away, where on occasion the telly tubbies will come to play....and that's when Ma gets out the shotgun. Damn critters climb in our gutter system all the time.
 
Well not only racers do pre training. I'm on the alberta freestyle ski team and we train all in october and septmeber. We do trampoline training (which helps so much for flips) and then we do aqua jumps where you do jumps into pools which is a big help too and then we have this training called dryland where we do weights, running, pushups, situps, hurtels and stuff like that to make yoou totally in fit for the season
