A Jib tune includes, base flattening (so you aren't edge or base high), clean and consistent edges (round under foot, tuned at tip and tail), detuning (no burrs or rough spots), stone grind (treads water off the base so you go faster, smoother, makes wax last longer), and a hot wax (always important.)
It is a choose A, B or C thing but it still isn't a bad deal. I would really encourage you to take advantage of it. I talked to Tyson at Armada a couple days ago and he said they are shipping in two weeks so most of the hard and softgoods will be in shortly. If you call me, I can work something out before September 1st.
