once i get to the pay pal part of it and log into my pay pal account it doesnt allow me to use the credit card thats already in there it says i have to put in a new one how can i use the credit card already in my pay pal account

 
I think you need to contact Payppal or maybe the credit card you are using has expired and needs to be updated...

i just preordered and i dont think it is paypals fault. contact your credit card company
