i have a bunch of competitions coming up in the next while and i want to know wat are the best pre comp rituals/ warm ups say ure fav's/ the best ones
 
Eat well that day, you want to have energy, but make sure you're not full of bad food. Get some rest and just take it easy and dont take any energy drinks or anything cus they will throw off your concentration and the crash will make you ski like shit.
