i've never skied pow, but looks like the time of your life..one thing i dont really like is watching pow edits. do you appreciate it more when you've actuallly skied it? i find them kinda boring because id rather be watching a park edit/urban edit...a reason may be that i live in PA where there is absolutley no real pow/endrant
 
Skiing pow is ya more fun that just watching a pow segment, for the same reason watching urban isn't as fun as hitting urban, its more fun to do than see
 
I personally love watching pow edits, especially one's that I make after skiing a pow day. Here's one from Colorado like two weeks ago that I've been watching a lot because it was one of the best days of my life. Peep ittt

 
being from PA, i once felt that way too. although, after moving out west and skiing a ton of pow, i can no longer make it through an entire park/urban edit without getting bored, while i love watching pow edits. it probably just had to do with what you're interested in at the time, and it's pretty hard to get into pow when PA gets 30 inches of natural snow a season...
 
Cool edit looks like a deep day!

Pow edits are cool if you can get inside the fact that they are literally floating within the snowpack. Yeah, you can't really know the feeling until you've done it. Once you've done it its like a drug that you will seek out.

I watch tons of edits with my 2 year old daughter and she only likes park. She gets bored with the sickest cliff drops and with pow edits. Just sayin.
 
i think it definatley is more enjoyable to watch when you have experienced it and know what the skier is feeling when there riding.

i'll go ahead and whore myself with a pow edit i just made.

to add to that the feeling of turning your skis or landing a cliff and having snow shoot over your head is one of the best feelings in the world
 
this is a pow edit that my friend made in the pow in mammoth 2 weeks ago, it was a lot deeper than it look, he also uploaded it on my youtube which is annoying

Dude that edit is exactly what I did for a week! Gas Cafe and all, I was probably there right after you that day, haha. I dropped down from Breck to ride with Chris at CFS.
 
Cali was dumped on over the past two weeks and I honestly felt like I was in a movie. You would get stuck on anything other than diamonds and it was just face shots on every damn turn. It was so sick!!! One of the best times. Actually, every pow day is the time of my life. It puts park to shame.
