Powderhorn and crested butte

how are they? i'm goin on spring break and i want to know what to expect. how are the parks? and hows the backcountry and local stuff?

 
They both have been getting solid snowfall for over two weeks, Powderhorn got 55" last weekend.

Forrest, you out there? How's that park down in CB?
 
CB is dope right now. lots of people, but hey, its spring break. we'll take the money. good pow, the park is big, and its a good vibe right now. The bc is a little sketchy, theres good stuff and theres shitty stuff, its jsut a matter or finding what where. check out www.cbavalanchecenter.org if you do head out in the bc here.
 
i think powderhorn is decent, if you can find the trails through woods, or blaze them ur self, it just takes a bit of lookin for. pretty much all of their woods patches can be blazed through, but some have decent cliffs, we found one really good one, but im not sayin where
