Powder out West?

Alright so.. I'm gonna go out on a limb and I wanna ski some powder when I'm out west since in from the east coast. I'm going out in the beginning of February to the resorts around Breck. Where can I find some nice powder to ride while I'm out there at any of the relatively close resorts?

Sorry I may sound like a n00b or something, just not familiar with the resorts out west since it is my first time there.

Thanks NS.

definitely this. there are even more cliff options this year, ranging in size from a couple inch rocks to big boulders and even a few jagged ones as well.

Summit county has been getting hammered this year, breck, vail, beaver, loveland and a basin will all be fun to ride if there is new snow.

Just dont go out of bounds

Nah this moron has no idea what he's talking about. Tahoe's awesome, Mt Bachelor is a good alternative if you don't want to go to California (which I don't understand why you wouldn't)

Mostly all the good snow will be on the left side of the mountain, over by the trees that are over there. Also, how to do you get to chodes gap from the top of breck?

Yeah when u was there we got 8 inches of fresh and I was there at 7:30 by like 12 you had to look around for stashes because there was a shit ton of people.

Dude you just missed a ton of powder in the last week...we're on a dry spell for a while but I think it should start to pick up again in Feb when you come. If you're trying to stay around Summit and Vail areas, Vail has some amazing pow skiing in Blue Sky and will be less crowded then Breck.
