Powder at Jackson hole

Check out this pic, there is like a foot of pow a jackson right now, the resort might be closed but tomorrow the tram opens for tourist, hikers or skiers. Also, I walked up to see if are pipe was still left today and the whole fucking thing is still there. All 16 fucking ft. of it. I might just half to hit that up.

Because the resort is gay and they don't want to spend the money to lease extra time from the forest service. You can't blame them because they would be loosing money because all the tourists think that skiing should be done in april. It's only like a 20 min hike up a bunny hill to get to our pipe, so I think I'm going to go up on this long weekend.

Yeah, hike AV, its not too steep and that pipe is awesome, also do they just allow you to ride the mountain from the tram at your own risk, or do you have to sneak down?

You can't ski to the bottom, but your can ski down and then hike up or go over to tensleep bowl to the windlip and make a huge jump. I was going to do that until I found out that the pipe was still full sized. The pipe is at the very bottom of AV so it is really is to get up to. I hiked up in my skate shoes after my job interview this afternoon.

How much for the tram pass? I might try to find a bargain deal inbetween seasons next year!

Food service guy. It's not much, but if I work a few days during the winter I get a free pass. Thats worth like $1500.
