Picture from this morning as I was driving up to A-Basin in Colorado. 3rd pow day in a row. Anyone else getting dumped on? Post pics!

Word. Had definitely planned on it... the wind has been crazy so I was waiting for a good day. The sun started coming out about 12 and the wind really died down so hopefully tomorrow!

I got stuck waiting for the Eisenhower on my way home from Abay yesterday. The way it was snowing made it look like fucking January here.
so stoked.

you have no idea ow much hate this thread has caused me to direct towards the east coast. your so lucky.we wont even get snow for another month.

have you been ducking ropes etc?? what were conditions like off the only 2 trails open?
When they gonna open more terrain?

Yes! Not a ton, because unfortunately there's a lot of patrollers during pre-season. The conditions were FANTASTIC. The new lift moves the line a TON faster than last year and it actually hasn't been too busy, probably because Loveland pass has been closed because of the snow. It's actually one trail... they say two because of the "terrain park", which is currently only a half set-up box and an urban rail because of all the snow. The run directly under the lift is very steep with small cliff drops and pillows... it's not open yet but I'm debating taking a run with my pow skis if it gets filmed. EPIC.

I'm not sure when they are going to open more terrain...

Off topic, but last night Breckenridge groomed the entire resort (three days ago there was less than an inch on the peaks). Rumor has it they plan to have the entire resort open for opening day.

hey, remember the time there was good snow and an early season here in pa?

neither do i. ffffffuuuuuuuuuuu

when I was driving by today it looked like they could easily open the whole resort.... Its going to be a mad dash for 6 chair/ imperial!!!

its going to be crazier this weeknd more snow on the way btw it snowed twenty inches in like 2 days or somthing this season is looking so good

hell yeah man i skied knee deep today and some of my buddies hiked to the top of guardsman and skied waist deep.. pretty fuckin sick

Totally variable. Some are still calling this year a "la nada". So who knows, I mean it IS the weather... If it snows it snows otherwise we always find a way to make due.

Breckenridge at 8:00am this morning from my house with the fresh 29" of snow from the past three days.
