Potentially Ruptured Eardrum

Went poking around in my head like an idiot, it's 4 in the morning so can't go to the doctor just yet. Um yeah major pain in the back of my ear, any dos or donts to make the ear better or worse?
 
I've ruptured both of my eardrums twice from water skiing and scuba diving. Avoid loud areas, take ibuprofen, don't move around too much.

Not much to do until you get to the doctor. The drops that they give you to put in your ear are fucking wonderful.

Rupturing them from blunt force stuff like those water skiing falls was so painful that I almost went unconscious. Every time my heart beat it was like getting stabbed in the skull. -1/10 recommend. Scuba diving wasn't bad though. Didn't clear my ears enough and they just made a popping sound.

Now I have the hearing of a 70 year old and I'm 18 lol.
