So my roomate deals and has a qp in the house right now. Just wondering if its his shit and in his room and I have no contact with it can I get in any trouble.
 
nah you're fine. as long as you don't know about it they can't charge you. they'd need to find someway to prove you're involved in order to prosecute you.
 
from experiences a friend had, don't let him deal out of the house unless it's to CLOSE friends...

your stupid. and plus its not like the cops are in ure house or have any reason to set up a sting which they'd basically have to to bust u when ur buddys just small time dealer and nobody cares and ontop of that all even if they busted him unless ure buddy said it was ures u couldnt get in trouble
 
are you kidding? the only thing you have to worry about is if your friend has a big mouth and is a dumbass about it and your house gets rushed
 
dude it's only a qp, why would the police waste their time coming to your house and searching it unless your friends goes and makes it super obvious he deals, who cares.

i would not worry just do not get involed... on a fedral level you could be charged.... but thats a lot of bullshit
