how do you post a picture? i can't figure it out, i already looked in the help section but the directions are too confusing. so if anyone can tell me step by step how to post one, that would be great.

if you want a photo to show up in a forum simply, choose a photo... get the Http: adress... then type >img src='http://www.engsoc.org/~bigmike/skiing/videos/images/bottom.jpg'<

^ha ha! my main problem is that i don't know if my pic is posted, because im sure that his pic ^was correctly posted, but all i see is the red 'x', so i don't know if it was posted with any success... in the faq, i've noticed that you should replace 'address', as in the quote marks aswell, but i still can't see all pics to know if they were posted with success...

case in point in the 'gretes skis' thread, i used to see the pic from Xgames but not anymore... whatever, i still haven't figured out which one works, so lets see right now again:

first one with quote marks, second without:

go to media, pictures, upload one and give it the title : 'for thread, ignore' or something and then post from there with the url...

^ you have to get the properties of the photo, do a right click on your mouse then get properties... it posts the adress of the photo only, if you tired what you typed grete it wouldn't work...

you gotta upload it first to a website. go to like shutterfly.com and make a user name, then upload whatever pictures you want. find the picture you want to use and right click > properties. copy the url into the formula thing.
