posting pics in profiles

ive been trying to upload a picture in my profile.. the regulations state: must be a JPG or GIF (the picture is a gif.) and it must be less then 30 K (its 6 K).. so it should work.. but it doesnt... and some other kid has the same picture in his profile, so its gotta work.. anyone know what to do?

if it's a green 4frnt logo it's working.....try hitting refresh on your browser thats what you have to do when you change your icon
