posting a video? question

i have a few pretty good clips of me skiing and shit that i'd like to post but i can;t get them under 2 megs... i make movies all the time but never knew how to do this.. if anyone can help out that would be great... i have premiere 6.0 and ulead software. thanks.

easy if you follow the folowing steps.

1. open premiere

2. go to export

3. open window

4. drop computer out window

5. send $1000 to me.

yo, when you export the movie out of premier select MPEG-1 as your compressor. this will turn pretty much any clip up to about 5 or 6 seconds into a file less than 2 megs. thats what i do with my captured files.

this tells me that you obviously dont make 'movies' all the time. if you were familiar with the software you would know how to compress..
