i apologize if this sounds retarded, but why is everyone rocking the hardtails now versus full suspension?

why use a big word when a diminutive one will suffice?
 
most people are beginning to see that you don't need a dually to do bigger drops, i think any well built 15 foot drop is completely doable if your hardtail is built for it.
