No idea. But I'm way jealous. I want a spring break board so badly. You'll have to let me know how you like it man.

Never tried them. I feel like bindings are kind of something you gotta find what works for you. I think the newer burton bindings are some of the worst on the market. I had the missions or cartels and I couldn't wait to get rid of them. There are pros that swear by them. Out of everything that I've ridden for bindings I finally found my perfect setup in rides. Unfortunately they discontinued the ones I like.

Maybe I'm just weird. I feel like I can get used to a new board easy but with bindings I feel like if it's not my thing its just weird.

same, i'm disappointed forum went under because their old bindings were rock solid, well the republics were at least because i did 3 years of 60 day seasons on them..

i was mostly wondering if there were any benefits besides paying the extra fifty or so to have the U on the highbacks with the team/superpro.

I would recommend hitting up friends and strapping in for a bit maybe taking a lap. If they're really cool borrowing them on a day they aren't riding and throwing them on your board.

It's really all about feel.

It sucks to buy a set of binders new and then not be a fan of them. Def check out what your friends have.

I've never met anyone the rides unions that had anything but positive stuff to say about them though.

They're on my list of bindings to try. Probably will be my next purchase unless I find some ride movmt series up for sale somewhere.

Really haven't heard anything but good things over the years. I haven't bought a pair of bindings in something like 5 years though.

If you can, try to find a pair of switchbacks to try. I'm in love with mine.

32 lashed boots

I have a pair of 32 Summit boots that I got for free from my friend, that is all.

I wanna buy a used board sometime though because I actually like riding every once in awhile

the capita/union website (c3shop.com) has stuff dirt cheap..like demo boards and what not..or go down to your local shop and hit them up

I broke a toe strap once, the boardshop just have me a new one for free.

I've been using unions for 3 seasons and swear by them.

My old roommate had some neon green unions and the toe strap also snapped. It was his second time using them. At least they look sick.

How do you like your vapens?

I love them. They're warm and super comfortable even though they're guy boots. I don't do any park so I don't know if they're good for that but for groomers they're great.

I love my Zoom Force Ones, but my feet freeze.

My friend has those but I've never heard her complain about her feet being cold... she does wear 2 pairs of socks so that might be why

I have three friends with them and we all have the same issue. But ours are all a few years old, so that might be why. Or we're just pansies.

How the hell did you break your core in two spots?

I kept shredding with it busted in one spot because it was under the binding and still rode fine and then broke it on the other end. Oh well

Oh that makes sense. I was just trying to think of a scenario where it would happen at once.

Sorry though man. Shitty situation.
