^^ those skis look like some skis that i saw in a shop in silverton colorado...he made them by himself rite in a little workshop on the street it was pretty sweet
 
thats funny that you notice that...i think that to myself.

i got setup with a local sponsorship with 4 other friends and we had a choice between some ski companies, and i had the most skis already so i let everyone else pick and i got left with atomic so i got the triplets...hence them being out of place
 
that long ass list of stuff was taken from a thread on TGR of what is in your backpack when you go BC.

and I dont know how you eye sight is, but contacts are probably the most important thing for me ever. im seriously blind.

so, yeah, I guess it is sort of a part of my set up.

haha I guess i should have looked that list over a bit before just copying and pasting it.
 
yeah i wear contacts, but when im fighting to survive in an avalance im not saying to myself "oh shit is my 2 weeks up on this pair?"
 
the whole concept is to avoid the avalanche completely.

and I never said anything about contacts and avalanches.

that is just a list of all the crap I carry with me in the BC.

losing a contact in the BC would pretty much make any sort of travelling impossible for me.
 
i totally got it i just had a visual of a guy trapped in a pocket of snow like 1/2 dead being like "shit i forgot my renu solution!"
