That a '91? Had a '91 4Runner for my first car ever. Thing crushed it on the dirt roads up to my local hills, but threw some sand bags in the back over the wheel wells to get more traction on the steeps cause it was pretty light.

Nah, '91 is second gen, this is a third gen '97. Much better engine and redesigned chassis, but otherwise pretty much the same. I put in a new speaker system and Bilstein shocks but otherwise she's stock. You're right it's super lightweight, I want sand bags this winter now that I've gotten ski racks so the interior won't be quite as cramped.

This guy has a top speed of 60mph unloaded, while traveling downhill with a tailwind... 50mph loaded. Either way I'm bangin' off the rev limiter in 3rd on any hill.

1988 nissan d21 hardbody 4x4 and a 2003 stepside tundra. Both are pretty sweet rigs for up north however the hardbody is not a fan of working properly.
