The housing market is ridiculous. Down the road a 2,700 sq. ft home on less than a quarter acre of land is going for $780,000. For that much you should be in a mansion with privacy. Yet people are getting into bidding wars, waiving inspection fees, and buying before even seeing the house in person.

I’ve been buying Bruins tickets for the first time in 10 years and my old balcony seats that were like $35 are $125 now. Insane

Yeah, I've only gone to ahl and echl games before where row two coats like $35. Can't believe the wings $120 is row 20 in the corner.

University surplus store. It’s scratched up and a lil dusty, but everything works on it and is still solid. Idk how the store is run but whoever put the price on it obviously had no idea what it was.
