My old Kenwood 5 ways were toasted from the sun after so many years, so before the new unit goes in, I installed these today. Kickers!

The 4 way door speakers never really see the sun, so they should be good to go.

6 X 9's in the rear deck of a Honda always sounded really good off of deck power. With the trunk closed it sounds like you have a sub box in there. BBBBBAAAAAAASSSSSSS!lol

If you have any questions on a set up, I installed for many years and happy to help out but looks like you are doing it right with a new in dash unit and speakers. Doubt you want to add the extra weight of an amp and sub box but that would be your next step.

Yes, years ago I used one of those powered bass tubes. I use the car mostly for a little fun. Autocross, so weight reduction is the deal! The new speakers are a bit lighter with a smaller magnet! Ha ha!

Back in the day, I put in a 30 watt amp with Jensen traxial's in my Oldsmobile. Back then that was big power!

I could do the head unit install myself, but I'm just going to let the "pro" do it. I'm not as ambitious as I was when I was younger.

I used to be way into CB radio. I installed all those myself, and with huge amplifiers that needed huge cables to run properly, my biggest needed an extra battery under the hood to run it! I used to modify the radios as well, to gain modulation, and add frequencies. Fun times.

precisely! It's a jzx100 Mark 2. I believe my car is legal to bring back to the states now but I don't leave Germany til 2023 so I shouldn't have any issues.

Yeah, it’s only had two owners and has a 4” thick stack of maintenance records. As for the Volvo, it’s still in my driveway, there’s a little bit of work I have to do before I can sell it, but now that I don’t need to drive it to work every day, I can tear into it.

Yeah I’m trying to make this truck last for damn near forever and first step of that is getting rid of the stuff that breaks these trucks which mainly happens to be emissions.

Yeah bottom one is a tuner. It does the delete and comes with 4 hot swappable tunes 60hp, 90hp, 120hp and 175hp. I don’t plan on running anything over the 60 until some other parts get upgraded.
