I have a 2015 MBP 13”. Just as covid hit, my logicboard failed. I had some water damage on it. Got a used logicboard on eBay and switched it out. That was over a year ago and it’s still trucking. I love my MacBook

I agree, but I was able to get it for 200 off with free airpods (which I'm gonna sell), so it's not so bad

Welp, just bought a macbook air, fuckin roast me

Nice purchase dude. That M1 chip punches way above its weight in power and efficiency. Solid computer with killer battery life. Mac vs PC wars are stupid and older than the skier vs. snowboarder beef. Enjoy the new machine!

I'm not a gamer, but bought a Dell G7 17 laptop. So far it's been great. Bells, whistles. Nvidia 2070, Intel graphics GPU too.

A burning hot Intel Core i7 CPU.

I can make a video pretty fast now!

PC, Mac..........as long as you are happy.

All these RGB lights make me happy! Ha ha!

I use two. The crappiest ever made has many glitches, but once you figure them out, it's okay for simple. AVS

The simple Adobe Premiere Elements. If I shoot big files in 4K (did once) the AVS just wouldn't load them. Small ones no problem.

Anyway I not into taking a massive amount of time to do fancy editing on some fancy program. I like to keep stuff simple.

I'm just learning how to use 3-D Paint to do some titles etc. It's supposed to be "intuitively" simple, but it breaks my brain!

Here is one I will use pretty soon.

Just snagged my ikon pass. Next is an acoustic guitar, anyone got any good recommendations for a smaller size one that travels well in a car filled with ski shit

What’s your price range for the guitar? Taylors are my favorite acoustics and they have a lot of smaller ones but idk what model you want

Preferably one that’s cheaper but I’ve had some experience with electric guitars and I know that they don’t come cheap so really I guess anything around $300 is what’s ideal, I wanted a guild acoustic but the body on a guild is way too fat to be able to ergonomically fit it in my car

I would look for a used Taylor Academy 12 or Baby Taylor, maybe a Martin LX1 or 000

Best option would be to go to a guitar shop and see what you like for yourself but those are probably the best small cheaper acoustics imo

Also one brand I would avoid is Epiphone, they usually sound good and they have really nice necks but they’re built kinda shitty and you’ll start having problems after a while. And in general if you’re getting a lower price guitar get a really stripped down one, lots of features is nice but the more stuff it has the worse everything’s gonna be

My cousins had an epiphone that I used for a couple weeks and I do gotta say it had a nice tone but it couldn’t stay in tune for more than like 10 minutes

Signed up to take a class from legendary photographer David Bergman. I'll be shooting the Luke Combs concert when he comes through town.

got and opened it and i'm literally crying tears of joy. i expected to feel regret upon looking at it and being like "well i paid a ton for just a red and white suit" but this is unequivocally the most beautiful piece of outerwear i have ever laid my eyes upon. this is built different fr. i was not expecting this.

photos will come in a while

God damn how much chili powder do you use? 6 lbs of chili powder would lose its potency years before I ran out of it

It's not spicy hot I got reaper powder for that it was 3 weeks to get the 1 lb so shoot 10$ for 5 extra lbs

Happily put the garbo propane grill my wife bought at the curb (sorry Hank Hill). Using my wsm made me realize how easy and durable charcoal is so here I am adding a regular weber to the mix. The dog is TERRIFIED.

My dad has the exact same one color and all. He got it to match his yeti mug and bottle

back east for a week and my moms coworker gave me a steal of a deal on this thing for being a pretty new bike, small 29er so it’s not my perfect size but whatever, not gonna find a deal like this unless it’s a 26er that’s super XC style, needs few things here and there but ride able and what I’ve been on for a year is basically a road bike cause the suspensions so shot so I’m hyped. now to just get it packed properly and sent to SLC…

Also riding east coast trails is weird compared to learning in Utah, good ass dirt, lotta big granite rocks to hit my pedals in the middle of trails but not steep and flowy, well at least the trails built by XC dads around our areas woods. Wanna hit highland before I leave but also have spent a lot of dough lately.

Oh dang, my supplier has been messing up the colors more in the last few weeks than ever before. Shoot me a DM if you want a white one. Sorry about that!

No problem, already happy it was an option to order from EU without big shipping and or import costs etc. Really surprised it was simply to cost of a regular shirt!

If there is a way to still order that Moment skis sandwich lay up ski design in a size L let me know ;)

Went down the rabbit hole of organic gardening these past two days. Seems like a fun thing to occupy my time with and will also save me a fuck ton of money in the long run. Also gonna start composting both outside with a pile and inside/outside with a worm bin.
