Yeah, its new, I think it's because cigarette tax has gone up again so its £7ish for a box of 20 now, so more people are going on to rollies, but I've been skint forever and have always had rollies.

Are you shitting me? The seer is one of the trendiest things on NS. People pay way too much for both of these things though, because of a brand name.
 
I don't know how much you payed for your seersucka, but I would be willing to bet that you payed a lot more for it than a seersucker hoodie that you might find in the Gap. Paying well over $100 for a used, thin hoodie is not my forte, but as you said, to each his own.
