k guys well i think that in order to know our fellow members better we should post where we work. if you want you can also put you pay and your age if you want.

ill start.

age 15

McDonalds

$7.50/hour(CAD)
 
yarr, i be unemployed.

what do you guys think? im thinkin i should talk like a pirate for a bit.
 
I work for my dad who owns an injection molding company for 8.50 an hour

Its a possibility he may start makin bindings for burton which would be uber sweet
 
this has been done but.... i work at an embroidery and screen printing place making 12 an hour, o ya im 19
 
i was supposed to work a ski store, but because there isnt any snow, there arent any skis to work, and so no snow...poop

but i started a company called Broquewear with Cor.e.
 
im 18 (well, in 2 days)

i work hard goods at willis, the ski shop of western pa

6.25(ish, i think haha) plus commision

sick job but my hours are getting cut back because no one buys skis when its 60 degree and raining in january, and the store is hurting for it

 
im the film guy for the HS Hockey Team, and from time to time, I'll teach at the local hill (all though ive only worked there twice) you could say its part time

unfortunately no compensation for the massive injuries I have sustained while working, Here's a short list:

Asphyxiation

Mild hallucinations

chemical burns

heat burns( ranging from little blisters from drops of hot liquid, to my recently recieved 6 inch long burn from being pushed into an open oven door.

The second day i worked there, I picked up a bin full of pans, and one touched my wrist, and I have a scar running about 5 inches, straight down my wrist, and i get alot of people asking if i try to cut myself.

cashier at a supermarket - 7.25 per hour, minues 6.50 per week in dues fo the damn union

ski instructor : 8.00/ hr , but i dont get any discounts on anything at the hill

so basically my jobs suck
 
i just got a job at a fruit stand. i super duper excited so i had to claim it somehow and didnt want to make a new thread, hence the bump.
 
Age: 20

Job: Essentially im a logger for the City of Bellingham. go up to the dam on the Middle Fork of the Nooksack and cut down the trees that are growing on top of the waterpipeline.

Pay: about 12.50 an hour... but its fun work with entertaining people so its worth it.
 
Age: 21Job: Financial AdvisorPay: $24,000 starting first year, plus commissions on all financial plans/stocks/bonds/etc. sold
i'm graduating next week, then i'll be starting that job right after
 
i was a race coach for 3 seasons... but i did it as a volunteer so no season pass for me.... sad day. :-(
