For me it has to to be (in not particular order):

Village Hot Sauce. I can eat an entire tub of this in one sitting. I think it's just in Minnesota and North Dakota. I can literally drink this stuff.

Also, Fontera Chipotle and Frontera Tomatillo

little Spanish deli's and bodegas sell this stuff all over the north east (just north of NYC)

Sisters salsa is amazing too!

Keep your eyes open for Chicho Sauce

Made a thread a while back about a new hot sauce (condiment) from Peru me and 2 friends started-in the final stages of FDA approval/finding one of our last suppliers. Of course I'll be hooking NS'ers up with all the free samples they can handle. We were shooting for late summer but there have been so many delays... hopefully we'll have our first 2000 bottles finished before everyone's back at school-get ready to have your minds blown!!!

my Giant sells tubs of shit that looks exactly like this, I've eaten like 16 servings in one sitting. Wish I could find a pic online.

There's this really amazing salsa you can buy at Meat Houses all over the place. It's so good, I can't remember what it's called though. Comes in a little plastic container and they have their own brand of chips.

Shit. Is. Wonderful

Great. Now you fuckers are making me want salsa.

I need to return back to this awesome authentic mexican restaurant outside of Glens Falls, NY. Stupid fresh salsa and you get a shot of tequila at the end of your meal.

kroger is the only place i can find this. its in the mini fridge thing in the mexican isle (at mine)

soooo good and it tastes homemade

I am convinced that this may be the best salsa around.

It started in Minnesota, but it's in like 10 states now. If there are an MN NSers that see this, buy it!

Just cut some of the cilantro I've been growing and made some pineapple salsa. This is the way to go.

It's the best if you let it sit for a day or two to marinate in it's own flavor

whoever was talking about loving cilantro, you need to take a shitton of cilantro, some olive oil, and blend it together in a blender, then dip chips in it. It's soooo good. I was a little skeptical at first but if you like cilantro you will love it

just olive oil and cilantro? sounds pretty good if only i had some fresh herb right now ;/
