the only time i "like" tinted lights, is on a black car, thats entirely blacked out, when people tint their lights on a silver or any other color car, it is just an out of place chunk of black, that looks horrible, and ruins the car, imo.
Alfa's are awesome, until they get wet or something... they usually break.
Still, it's a shame you don't get any in the USA really... if you want to know true automotive passion and emotion, then there you go.... absolutely beautiful.
Reliability wise though, i'd rather drink my own piss...
i like it coz it doesnt have all that futuristic looking cars like the nissan gt3,and it's dam fast. pff and the sound of the engine. nothing can match it.
that was in the past that they break fast and so.but they revolutionized alot, we have a 159 sportswagen, 150k km, and never had any major issues with it
tinted lights definately looks best on all blacked out cars, but its way better on any color car then a big chunk of red. i have a white car with blacked out rims, emblems, and tail lights. i think it just goes with all the other black stuff, rather than red.
2 kids this year have been caught smoking int he parking lot at my school. that's reason enough for me. and my reason for painting my rims? the brake dust on bmws is absurd. I cleaned mine for the first time last week, and they already looked like somebody dipped em in gunpowder. so with black rims, you won't be able to tell and it will look much cleaner.
by the time i'm done with her, she'll look something like this aside from the rims.
you mean with the specific pads you have at the moment you get alot of brake dust.
and no matter what painting your rims black is just going to look like shit. especially on stock wheels. just leave them how they are. or put in a couple hundred for some used bbs's. black wheels on a silver car always looks bad, just dont fuck up a somewhat legit car. and tinting the tail lights is just plain retarded, sell your car and buy something gay to fit your style more.
yea listen to this guy, get some low dust ceramic brake pads. Yu can also get covers for them so less dust gets out, my friends dad has them on his 5 series
exactly. and the only ones that look good are the ones WITHOUT the lame chrome strip on the e39 m5.
your stocks won't look super schweet when you rattle can them.your "blacked out" lights won't look good. (leave those to the pep-boys crowd)
if you're so into tasteless modding, sell your e46 and buy a civic
i like you too amos, just wrap your head around the fact that you just won't look as cool as you think, once the car is "tricked out"
but it's better than my friends plan.. he wants to get an ollld CRX and he has already picked out a $500 body kit for it.
Alright, well I'm pretty set on getting tints, and getting a matte black grill. and all my turn signals are orange right now, i want to make them clear (or maybe lightly smoked). Any constructive criticism or suggestions.
The wheel idea was tossed out by a friend and seemed like a good idea. If it were your car and you wanted to do some basic mods what would you do?
lol, your an idiot, tint is the least of his problems. tint looks good on almost every vehicle, regardless of number of doors, and or reason for getting it.
Holy shit. Almost just made a complete idiot of myself because I thought you said Volvo, not Volks. Close call. But anyways, hell fucking yes the VW R-Series is going to be NUTS.
Oh, and while we're talking about AMGs:
