you would think it would require some other sort of authorization as well. ie: social security/ mailing address, or something.

if it is from overseas im pretty sure its +61408170816... stupid country code.

on a side note, i dont think the charges are that bad though, when im overseas i think its like...10c more expensive to call a mobile or txt one.

ok so i answered, and the IP relay thing is the WEIRDEST THING EVER!!!!!!!

the operator is like, im going to speak on behalf of the typer, you respond in the first person as if you're speaking directly to them...

"hey hey, you're hot"

i just thought it was SO funny that the operator was forced to say that to me, i started laughing hysterically!
